核磁共振检测食用植物油中有害多环芳烃蒽研究

Preliminary Study of the Anthracene Detection in Vegetable Oils by 1H-NMR Spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 在植物油中外源添加多环芳烃蒽,并逐级稀释,然后用400M液体核磁共振仪配合反式ATB探头检测不同蒽含量的植物油的1H NMR,结果表明:核磁共振该1H NMR法能够清晰检出蒽,其限度为10g/kg,达到国家标准GB 2716 - 2005的要求.

     

    Abstract: The harms of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)in vegetable oils draws more and more attention. In this paper, the additional PAHs - anthracene were added into the certain pure vegetable oil, and then the vegetable oil containing anthracene was diluted in serials by vegetable oil. The 400M liquid NMR and trans - ATB probes were used to detect the 1H NMR of the vegetable oil containing anthracene. The results show that the anthracene could be detected clearly and the detection limit reach 10g/kg, it will meet national standards of GB 2716 - 2005.
