The PH Fluorescent Probe Based on Benzofuroxan Amine Derivatives

  • 摘要: 以4-氯-7-硝基苯并呋咱(NBD-Cl)为原料,设计、合成了3种荧光化合物(NBD-N、NBD-NH、NBD-NH2),通过质谱、核磁共振对其结构进行了表征. 研究表明:这3种化合物在pH 7.0~12.0范围内对水溶液的酸碱度具有可逆的荧光识别响应. 同时,其他常见离子的共存并不影响3种化合物对pH的荧光识别. 因此,这3种化合物可作为碱性pH荧光探针.

     

    Abstract: The fluorescent probes(NBD-N, NBD-NH, NBD-NH2) were designed and synthesized using 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan (NBD-Cl). The structure of the probes was characterized with mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetism. It can recognize the pH of the aqueous solution in a reversible response within the pH range of 7.0~12.0. In addition, the coexistence of other common ions does not affect the fluorescent recognition signals of the three compounds. Therefore, the three compounds can be used for alkaline pH fluorescent probes.
