以四氟硼酸银（AgBF4）为催化剂，芳香丙炔醛、醇为原料合成一系列新型芳香丙炔缩醛类化合物. 目标物的结构均通过熔点仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)和质谱(MS)等手段进行测定和结构表征. 并在此基础上探讨了合成该类化合物的最佳催化剂及用量，最佳反应温度和时间，同时在最优化的条件下拓展了反应的底物，结果证实含有供电子或吸电子的底物都能兼容该反应体系. 此外，提出了可能的反应机理.
Acetals are important intermediates in synthetic chemistry. A series of novel alkynyl-containing acetals were synthesized from aromatic alkynyl aldehydes with AgBF4 as catalyst. All the generated products have been identified and characterized by means of melting point, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MS analyses. The reaction conditions including suitable catalyst, temperature and reaction time were examined. A variety of substrates were tested under the optimized conditions. The tested results showed that substrates with electron-donating groups or electron-withdrawing groups are compatible in the standard conditions. The possible reaction mechanisms were proposed.
