Functional Analysis of AtOSAK1 Gene in Response to oxidative stress in Arabidopsis

  • 摘要: 植物类蛋白激酶ABC1家族(Activity of bc1 complex)在植物生长发育及响应非生物胁迫中扮演着重要的作用。我们克隆并研究了ABC1家族中一个的基因AtOSAK1。半定量RT-PCR及启动子驱动GUS报告基因分析显示,AtOSAK1基因的表达无组织特异性,并且主要受甲基紫精(MV)的诱导表达。AtOSAK1-GFP亚细胞定位显示,AtOSAK1是一个定位在叶绿体中的蛋白。不同浓度MV处理条件下,过表达AtOSAK1植株的种子萌发率和存活率比野生型(Col-0)和突变体osak1高。这些研究表明,AtOSAK1基因参与了抗氧化胁迫的响应.
