含磷解吸液结晶法制备鸟粪石的研究

Synthesis of Struvite by Crystallization of Desorbed Solution Containing Phosphorus

  • 摘要: 鸟粪石是一种高效的氮磷缓释复合材料.以模拟富磷溶液为反应物,探索了结晶法制备鸟粪石的主要控制条件.当3种构晶离子摩尔比为[Mg^2+]:[NH^+_4]∶[PO^3-_4]=1.2∶3.0∶1.0,pH为8.0时,用含磷质量浓度为699 mg/L的实际含磷解吸液制备鸟粪石,获得的产品纯度为83.36%.化学组成、扫描电镜和红外光谱分析结果表明,合成鸟粪石与天然鸟粪石元素组成与形貌结构相似,出现典型的PO^3-_4和NH^+_4的特征峰.对其肥效的考察结果显示,在施加合成鸟粪石的量为25~300 mg/k
