Abstract: According to the actual situations in South China Normal University, the problem of campus transport management system are discussed.An intelligent transport management system which can promote the traffic safety and improve the working efficiency greatly is constructed. The system collects real-time data of vehicle access by terminals, real-time video data collected by terminals，and dispatches radio communication to ensure the operation.The vehicle access data and video data is transmitted via the campus network to the traffic management center.By using the geographic information systems(GIS),the big display screen,the information exchange system and some other advanced techniques, such as video surveillance, and voice dispatching, the vehicle management system can improve the staff s collaboration and their work efficiency.
