聚合物膜对锌空气电池空气扩散电极性能的影响

EFFECT OF COATING POLYMER FILM ON THE PERFORMANCE OF GAS DIFFUSION ELECTRODE OF ZINC-AIR BATTERY

  • 摘要: 为了研究聚合物膜对空气扩散电极性能的影响,采用辊压法制备出空气扩散电极,并将选用的两种聚合物溶液涂覆于空气扩散电极的透气层,测试了空气扩散电极对氧气和水蒸气的选择性、吸水和失水性能以及用各种空气电极制作的锌空气电池的放电性能.研究结果表明,涂覆聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)溶液的空气扩散电极对氧气和水蒸气的分离系数达到2.11;由涂覆一层聚二甲基硅氧烷膜透气层制成的空气扩散电极所装配的AA型锌空气电池不论在干燥环境和在潮湿环境中,都大大提高了电池的放电容量,锌电极的利用率明显提高.

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of coating polymer film on the performance of gas diffusion electrode, two kinds of polymer solution were coated on the waterproof breathable layer respectively, and rolling method was used to prepare gas diffusion electrode. Testing of selectivity to O2 and H2O vapor, the capability of gain and loss water and discharging capability of AA size zinc-air battery specimen which contained this gas diffusion electrode were carried out. Results show that after coating PDMS solution, the separation coefficient to O2 and H2O vapor of gas diffusion electrode reached to 2.11; the working life of AA size batteries specimen which contained this gas diffusion electrode was greatly prolonged, wherever in a dry environment or in a moist environment, and effective utilization ratio of zinc electrode was greatly improved, too.
