Abstract: Based on the literatures indexed in the SCI database from 2000 to 2009, this paper analyzes the distribution of publication years, article types, authors, countries (or areas), affiliations, publications, and the cited frequencies in researches on the Li-ion batteries using bibliometric research methods. This analysis give a detailed understanding on the characteristics on research trends, input principal part and spatial distribution in recent ten years.
