  • 摘要: 功能内稳态(Function-specific homeostasis, FSH)用负反馈的方式维持功能特异的涨落,实现功能充分稳定的发挥.应激也是系统的功能.FSH特异的应激因子(FSH-specific stressor, FSSR)打破FSH.FSH特异的应激(FSH-specific stress, FSS)是系统对FSSR的响应,也可以处于FSS特异的内稳态(FSS-specific homeostasis, FSSH).处于FSSH的FSS打破FSH1,建立FSH2,因此可以称为成功应激.Sirtuin 1(SIRT1)是烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸辅酶(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, NAD+)依赖的组蛋白去乙酰化酶.存在FSH/FSSH特异的SIRT1活性(FSH/FSSH-specific SIRT1 activity, FSSA1).FSS增加SIRT1活性,因此,FSSA1局部最低.一个人可以同时有多种FSH,FSHi, i = 1, 2, , n.每个FSH具有一个品质Q,Qi, i = 1, 2, , n.定义Qmax = maxQi, i = 1, 2, , n,相应的功能记为Fmax.最佳品质结构是金字塔形,Qmax处于塔顶,只要Fmax可以获得最佳发挥,其它品质越小越好.

     

    Abstract: Function-specific homeostasis (FSH) is a negative-feedback response of a biosystem to maintain the function-specific fluctuations inside the biosystem so that the function is perfectly performed. A stress is also a function of a biosystem. A FSH-specific stressor (FSSR) is so defined that it disrupts the FSH. A FSH-specific stress (FSS) of a biosystem is defined to be a response of the biosystem to a FSSR and may also be in FSS-specific homeostasis (FSSH) in which a FSS disrupt FSH1 but establish FSH2 so that it is called successful stress. There is FSH/FSSH-specific sirtuin 1 (SIRT1) activity (FSSA1). SIRT1 is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) dependent, but NAD+ is limited by nutrition. A FSS increases SIRT1 activity so that FSSA1 is locally minimum. A person might simultaneously have many kinds of FSH, FSHi, i = 1, 2, , n, each of which has quality Q, Qi, i = 1, 2, , n. Let Qmax = maxQi, i = 1, 2, , n and the corresponding function is Fmax. The best structure of Q is a pyramidal hierarchy in which Qmax is at its peak but the other Qs are as low as possible if Fmax can be optimized.
