荧光法测定消毒剂中盐酸聚六亚甲基胍

DETERMINATION OF POLYHAXEMETHYLEN GUANIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE IN DISINFECTANT SAMPLES BY FLUORMETRY

  • 摘要: 建立了荧光法测定消毒剂中盐酸聚六亚甲基胍(PHMG-HCl)的方法.PHMG-HCl在碱性条件下与茚三酮反应生成荧光产物,测定其荧光光谱,最大激发波长为405nm,最大发射波长为500nm.在有两性表面活性剂存在时,体系的荧光强度大大加强,并与PHMG-HCl的质量浓度在2.010-4~2.510-1g/L范围内呈线性关系.相关系数为0.9993;检出限为 4.010-5g/L.用该方法测定了消毒剂中PHMG-HCl的含量,获得满意结果.该方法操作简便,具有较高的灵敏度和准确度.

     

    Abstract: Base on the fluorescence spectrum characteristic of polyhexamethylen guanidine hydrochloride(PHMG-HCl) reacting with ninhydrin, a new analytical method was established to determine polyhexamethylen guanidine hydrochloride in disinfectant. Determination of fluorescent product, the wavelengths of excitation and emission were 405 nm and 500 nm, respectively.In the existence of amphoteric surfactants, the fluorescence intensity was enhanced. And the intensity was linearly related to PHMG-HCl concentration in the range of 2.010-4~2.510-1g/L (r=0.9993). The detection limit was 4.010-5g/L Series of standard solutions and disinfectant samples were determined, and the rusults were satisfied.
