新型功能化桥链双冠醚的合成及其结构表征

Synthesis and Characterization of novel biscrown Ethers with functionalized bridge

摘要: 由侧链为醛基的24-冠-8和侧链为酯基的34-冠-10出发，分别经3步反应，高产率地合成了2个新型功能化桥链双冠醚4(70%)和8(71%)，并用1HNMR、13C NMR、ESI-MS等手段对这2个新型功能化桥链双冠醚4和8进行了结构表征.

Abstract: Two Characterizations of novel biscrown ethers 4 and 8 were synthesized starting from 24-crown-8 with a aldehyde side arm and 34-crown-10 with a ester side arm in high yield(70% and 71%), and their structure were confirmed by 1HNMR、13C NMR、ESI-MS etc.
