水性环氧树脂的制备及表征

  • 摘要: 以乳酸和丁二酸酐对双酚A型环氧树脂E-51进行化学改性引入亲水性基团,研究乳酸和丁二酸酐的用量对改性树脂的水分散性、水稳定性及水分散液粒径的影响.确定了最佳的原料配比、反应温度、时间和催化剂;并利用红外光谱对产物的结构进行了表证,动态激光光散射测量水分散液粒径.结果表明:当投料比n(乳酸):n(琥珀酸酐):n(环氧基)在0.15:0.30:1和0.20:0.40:1之间时, 合成的水性环氧树脂具有优良的水分散性、稳定性和较小水分散液粒径.

     

    Abstract: The bisphenol type epoxy resin was modified by lactic acid and succinic anhydride, The influences of the amount of the lactic acid and succinic anhydride on the aqueous dispersion and stability of the product were investigated. The best reactants ratio, the reaction temperature, the time and the catalyst were determined. The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR, The particle size was measured by dynamic light scattering. The result showed that when n(lactic acid):n(succinic anhydride) :n(epoxy group) between0.15:0.30:1 and 0.20:0.40:1,the product shows good aqueous dispersion ,stability and the minimal particle size.
