Abstract: To solve the special problems of developing form-based application system, such as strict constraint expression, authorization, process relation, process forwarding and full picture of the dispatching and execution of its business object, a Double State-Based Business Process Description Model (DSBPDM) to describe business flow is put forward, which comprises business process model and dispatch model. Practice shows that based upon this model, the application system is more extensible and fits users' demand well.
