谷氨酸修饰的汞离子荧光探针的合成及性能研究

摘要: 本文报道了两种荧光探针分子?丹酰谷氨酸(DEA)和丹酰谷氨酸二甲酯(DE),在它们的水溶液中加入牛血清白蛋白(BSA),荧光探针分子的荧光发射增强.在水溶液中,DEA/BSA和DE/BSA的复合体系都可以对Hg2+产生有效的识别,识别信号来自于复合体系荧光发射峰的蓝移以及荧光强度的变化.Abstract: This paper reported two fluorescence probes: dansyl-glutamic acid (DEA) and dimethyl-dansyl-glutamic acid (DE). The fluorescent emissions of fluorescence probes increase with the addition of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in the solutions of DEA and DE. The complexs of DEA/BSA and DE/BSA show specific selectivity for Hg2+ in aqueous solution with blue-shift of fluorescence peak and intensity change.
