Abstract: It is very important to study the existence of multiple positive periodic solutions of neutral predator prey systems with functional response and delay stage structure. A system is proposed to a neutral predator-prey system with Holling type IV functional response and time delay and stage structure. By using a continuation theorem based on coincidence degree theory and some inequality analysis techniques, the bounds of solutions of this system are analyzed in detail.Two possible cases are given and some sufficient conditions of the at least two positive periodic solutions for the system are established.
