  • 摘要: 通过对我国的集成电路布图设计采用专门法保护的讨论，进而分析集成电路独创性和保护手段的关系，最后对司法诉讼中的抗辩提出建议.

     

    Abstract: The protection of layout design of integrated circuits and the originality in the layout design were discussed. Some defense measures of defendant were given.
