Abstract: The Frattini subalgebras and Frattini ideals of symplectic ternary algebras are studied. It is gotten that Frattini ideal of a symplectic ternary algebra is a nilpotent ideal, and the Frattini subalgebra is equal to the Frattini ideal for a solvable balanced symplectic ternary algebra.
