Based on the field research and spatial analysis methods, three cases to find the similar and the opposite points of them are compared and the influencing factors are analyzed with questionaires. It is found that the commercial agglomeration nearby subway stations is mainly of rapid consumption, and the spatial distribution of outlets is uneven, presenting clear circle structure. The aggregation intensity and function structure of the outlets nearby stations are different, divided into three types: scattered, isolated point and aggregation. Commercial property, commercial agglomeration benefits and the induction of subway station are the influencing factors of common features.
