Abstract:
High performance bulk heterojunction solar cells based on ZnO nanofiberous networks:poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT):6,6-phenylb C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) have fabricated in ambient air. The device with power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2.94% has been fabricated. We studied systematically the effect of ZnO nanofibers’ electrospinning time on the characteristics of devices. The ZnO nanofiberous networks and the carrier transfer process of device are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements.
