Analysis of Plant Growth Regulation on the Physiological Principal Components in Flue-Cured in Tobacco Seedings

  • 摘要: 对喷施生长抑制复合制剂(主要成分为ABA和多效唑)烟苗的8个相关生理生化指标进行了主成分分析,结果表明前3个主成分分别为植物抗性相关因子、光合作用因子和质膜透性因子.这3个主成分的累计贡献率达93.65%,可用于生理指标的综合评价
    Abstract: In this study, eight physiology-related indexes of flue-cured tobacco seeding treated by spraying growth inhibitors (mainly ABA and Paclobutrazol) were investigated by the principal component analysis method (PCA). The result shows that, plant resistance factor, photosynthesis factor and plasma membrane permeability factor may have the predominant responsibility for the responses to growth inhibitors, and their total contribution ratio reached at 93.65%. This result provides some reference to the comprehensive evaluation of physiological changes.
