Abstract:
From the regional and structural perspective, this article evaluates the industrial structure from six aspects, scale, structure, growth, radiation, markets and policy environment, using the national top ten culture provinces as a study region. The results show that, compared with other domestic provinces, Guangdong culture industry has a large scale, external radiation strength characteristics, and strong regional competitive advantages, but has a relatively low level in domestic consumption ability and policy environment. Geographical advantage (adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao), reforming and opening first are the basis of its culture industry scale. However, the regional difference and dweller's consumption concept, and the lack of government investment restrict the culture industry development.
