手性分子识别与分离研究进展

  • 摘要: 综述了色谱法和石英晶体微天平传感器技术在手性识别研究的新进展,结合本实验室的研究工作重点介绍了施陶丁格反应和点击化学反应在制备新型的脲键型环糊精手性固定相和多糖手性固定相方面的应用现状,探讨手性分子与手性固定相间识别机理;对紫外光谱和荧光光谱等在手性分子识别的应用进行阐述.

     

    Abstract: Recent studies in molecular recognition of chiral compounds by using chromatographic techniques and quartz crystal microbalance sensor are presented in this review. Then, applications of the Staudinger reactions on preparation of urea-bonded cyclodextrin and polysaccharide chiral stationary phases are stated and recognition mechanisms between chiral analytes and chiral stationary phases are discussed. In addition, some chiral recognition studies by using UV-Vis spectra and fluorescent spectra are introduced.
