Abstract:
Recent studies in molecular recognition of chiral compounds by using chromatographic techniques and quartz crystal microbalance sensor are presented in this review. Then, applications of the Staudinger reactions on preparation of urea-bonded cyclodextrin and polysaccharide chiral stationary phases are stated and recognition mechanisms between chiral analytes and chiral stationary phases are discussed. In addition, some chiral recognition studies by using UV-Vis spectra and fluorescent spectra are introduced.
