Abstract:
The residential standard price of Shenzhen Special Economy Zone is investigated. On base of plenty of sample residential standard price data, a spatial model is build which can reflect the status of the land price. Then the spatial character and influence factor of residential standard price in Shenzhen Special Economy Zone was analyzed. In order to make sure that the model is accurate and impersonal, first the total distribution character was checked using the ESDA method, and then the spatial model was build relying on proper spatial interpolation method. Finally the effecting factors of the land price was analyzed from the natural and social aspects.
