Abstract: Based on current land utilization, regional economy, ecological and social characteristics in LEIZHOU city, combining the General Planning of the Land Utilization of LEIZHOU City (2010-2020), this article will introduce the evaluation results of land resources to the study on multi-objective optimal allocation, and calculate the land resources about economic, social, ecological values in LEIZHOU city, at the same time study the multi-objective optimal allocation about guiding economic, social and ecological environmental efficiency of the land resources in Leizhou city. Optimization results make overall plans and take all factors into consideration, and integrate the balance. The Optimization proposal with different development goals obtained, is in consistency with economic development trends of Leizhou City, and has improved the flexibility and maneuverability about the land resources.
