功能化硅包覆介孔磁性载体固定细菌效果的研究

  • 摘要: 摘要:研究了功能化硅包覆介孔磁性载体固定细菌的效果,探讨了处理时间、粒子投加量、温度及pH等因素对其过程的影响,并且与其他载体的固菌效果进行比较.实验表明,功能化硅包覆介孔磁性载体在30℃,于摇床中以200r/min的振动速度培养24h固菌效果最佳;将固菌后的载体用于城市生活污水处理的研究表明,在最佳条件pH=7,处理24h,投加量为0.5g,CODCr去除率可达82.7%.利用pH=2的HCl溶液进行酸洗,再生后载体对城市污水的处理效果仍可以达到75.1%.

     

    Abstract: Abstract:The effects about immobilization of bacteria on functional silicon covered mesoporou magnetic carriers were investigated, including the effects of adsorption time, input quantity, temperature, pH value, et al. The immobilization results of functional silicon covered mesoporou magnetic carriers were compared with those of unfunctional silicon covered mesoporou magnetic carriers. It is shown that when at the temperature of 30℃, pH=7,shaking at 200r/min for 24 hours, the result about immobilization of bacteria would be the most suitable. The tentative application in domestic wastewater was also studied, and the most suitable condition is pH=7,treating for 24h,input quantity of 0.5g. Under this condition the removal ratio of CODCr can reach 82.7%. The used functional silicon covered mesoporou magnetic carriers can recovered by washing in HCl liquid, and then the result of treatment of domestic wastewater can still reach 75.1%.
