Abstract: Using semi-variogram, the spatial heterogeneity of general houses' prices in Dongguan City is studied quantificationally. It is found that the spatial distribution of general houses' prices takes on a zonal anisotropy by anisotropic variability analysis, namely there are different structural characteristics in different directions.The results from isotropic variability analysis reveal that the semi-variogram of general houses' prices is best described by spherical model; the ratio of structure variance to total variance is higher than the ratio of random variance to total variance, and their values are 62.5% and 37.5% respectively. This means that certain factors' contribution to the spatial variability of houses' prices is more than random factors' contribution. Its variation is a kind of medium variation, and its variation range is 16.62Km.
