Abstract:
Studies on the digestive enzyme activity in digestive organs between Bumper crucian carp (Carassius auratus of Pengze♀Cypainus acutidorsalis ♂) and its parents. The results show that the protease activities in liver-pancreas and foregut、middlegut、hindgut of Bumper crucian carp are 367.69、101.16、297.06、25.97g/g#8226;min, all between its parents. The amylase activities in liver-pancreas and foregut、middlegut、hindgut of Bumper crucian carp are 300.60、425.45、272.58、312.28g/g#8226;min, all higher than its parents. The lipase activities in liver-pancreas and foregut、middlegut、hindgut of Bumper crucian carp are 1.76、2.42、1.23、1.04g/g#8226;min. The lipase activities in foregut and middlegut are higher than its parents, but between its parents in liver-pancreas and hindgut. three digestive enzyme activities in digestive organs of Bumper crucian carp are also higher than its mothers, The difference analyse show that the difference between mother and filial generation is lower than between father and filial generation. The results accord with the characteristic that the phenotypes of Bumper crucian carp are unanimous with its mothers, and also indicate that heterogeneous sperm have some effects on digestive enzyme activity. This experiment offers the evidence for the growth effect of Bumper crucian carp.
