山东省城市土地集约利用评价及区域差异研究

Study on Evaluation of Urban Land Intensive Use and Regional Differences Research in Shandong Province

  • 摘要: 根据山东省具体特征,从城市土地经济效益、利用程度、投入强度、可持续发展等四个方面入手,构建包括12个指标的评价指标体系,采用主成分分析方法,运用SPSS统计软件,选出影响土地集约利用的4个主成分,并以4个主成分的贡献率为权重,利用主成分各因子得分,对山东省17个地级城市的土地集约利用情况进行了综合评价,进而从区域空间发展角度,结合ArcGIS处理软件进行了空间差异研究.结果表明:山东省各城市土地集约利用程度差异较大;空间上呈现出东部沿海地区相对较高、中部城市次之、西南内陆城市最低的特点;城市产业结构的位势差与经济发展水平都对城市土地集约利用具有重要影响.

     

    Abstract: This paper based on the basic situation of l7 cities in Shandong province, building the four aspects of the economic benefits of urban land, use degree of urban land, investment intensity of urban land, sustainable development of urban land, including 12 indicators of the evaluation index system, using principal component analysis method, combined with SPSS statistical software, selected four principal components of urban land intensive use. Then with four principal components, combining with the contribution of main composition weighted each factor score, measured the intensive land utilization of l7 cities in Shandong province comprehensively. And in the view of regional spatial development, combined with ArcGIS processing software, researching the intensive land use spatial difference of the current situation of the urban built-up areas of 17 cities in Shandong province, research results show, the extent of the urban land use is quite different; eastern coastal areas show relatively higher, the central cities show the second, and the inland cities of the southwest show the lowest on space ;the difference of the city industrial structure and the economic development level are very important for urban land intensive use.
