新型选择性渗透材料PDMA/PVA的合成与防护性能

Preparation and Characterization of poly(N, N-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate/poly (vinyl alcohol)(PDMA/PVA) as a new selective premeability material

  • 摘要: 在甲基丙烯酸N,N二甲胺基乙酯(DMA)的乳液聚合体系中,加入不同比例的聚乙烯醇(PVA)得到了一系列PDMA/PVA复合薄膜,研究薄膜的热稳定性、透湿性及与沙林毒气模拟剂氯磷酸二乙酯(DCP)的作用效果。结果表明,随着PVA质量百分含量的增加,薄膜的透湿性能先增强后减弱,当PVA含量为30%时,薄膜的透湿性能达到最佳;而且,PVA含量的增加会使复合薄膜降解DCP性能降低。

     

    Abstract: A series of PDMA/PVA polymers with different compositions were synthesized through emulsion polymerization and charactersized by thermal behaviors, water vapor permeability and degradating diethyl chlorophosphate (DCP) in this work, respectively. The water vapor permeability of these PDMA/PVA polymers increases first and then decreases with the increasing of content of PVA. PVA-30 membrane shows the highest permeation in the as-synthesized polymers. Moreover, the results of DCP degradation for these membranes indicate the content of PVA in the resulting polymers has slight effect on the degradation ability.
