氧化铝基纳米复相陶瓷型芯制备与性能研究

Effect of Nano-Silica on the Properties of In-situ Synthesized Alumina-Based Ceramic Core Composites

  • 摘要: 摘 要: 在刚玉粉料中添加纳米二氧化硅,利用原位合成方法制备了氧化铝基复合陶瓷型芯,讨论了纳米二氧化硅含量以及烧结制度对氧化铝基复合陶瓷型芯烧结温度、室温强度、高温蠕变等性能的影响。研究结果表明:SiO2纳米粉的加入,使陶芯材料致密度增加,从而使陶芯烧结温度降低;使陶芯室温强度大幅度提高;而且随着SiO2含量增加,线收缩率和相对密度在增加,而高温蠕变在变小。

     

    Abstract: Effect of Nano-Silica on the Properties of In-situ Synthesized Alumina-Based Ceramic Core Composites Jinju Du Wei Li (South China Normal University, Guangzhou 510631, China ) Abstract: A ceramic core for use in the investment casting of metals sintered at 1300, 1400, and 1500 oC for 5 h were prepared and the phases were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Effect of nano-silica percentages on the properties of ceramic core was discussed. The properties of these materials were discussed. The results indicated that the presence of nano-silica has an effect on the microstructure of the core, densification, creep deformation, and linear expansibility of aluminum ceramic core. The creep deformation decreases with increase of the nano-silica contents and sintering temperature.
