Electrical properties and microstructure of(Bi0.94 (Na0.94-xLix))0.5Ba0.06TiO3 piezoelectric ceramics

  • 摘要: 采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了(Bi0.94(Na0.94-xLix))0.5Ba0.06TiO3(缩写为BNBT6-xL)无铅压电陶瓷.研究了不同Li+取代A位Na+后, BNBT6-xL陶瓷的物性变化. x在0.01~0.11之间变化,XRD表明,不会改变BNBT6-xL陶瓷三方-四方共存的晶体结构; 介电温谱表明,不会改变BNBT6-xL陶瓷的弛豫特性,但是随着取代量x的增加,铁电相向反铁电相转变温度Td降低,介电和压电性能有变化.当x=0.05时,陶瓷的压电常数d33为128pC/N,平面机电耦合系数kp为0.30,相对介电常数r为810.

     

    Abstract: (Bi0.94 (Na0.94-xLix))0.5Ba0.06TiO3 (abbreviated as BNBT6-xL) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have been studied for different lithium (x=0.01~0.11) substitutions. X-ray diffraction (XRD) data shows coexistence of rhombohedral and tetragonal phases. With the addition of Li+, The temperature dependence of the dielectric constant and dissipation factor shows that the piezoelectric properties and dielectric properties of BNBT6-xL ceramics change, BNBT6-xL ceramics are still relaxation ferroelectric, the transition temperature from ferroelectric to antiferroelectric phase (Td) decreases with the addition of Li+. When x=0.05, BNBT6-xL ceramics show quite good performance, piezoelectric constant (d33=128pC/N), coupling factor (kp = 0.30), dielectric constant (r=810).
