  • 摘要: 本文以量子Master方程为理论框架,将产生-复合方法推广应用于自旋相关的输运中,并且推导出了自旋相关的有限频率电流shot 噪声的计算表达式. 以一个单能级量子点隧穿耦合到两个铁磁电极隧道结为研究对象,分别讨论了两种电极磁化方向(平行和反平行)时,两种自旋渠道的电流及电流之间的涨落关联函数.
    Abstract: Extending generation-recombination approach under the framework of Master equation to the spin-dependent electronic transports, we derive the calculating expression for spectrum of current shot noise with finite frequency. We investigate a single-level quantum dot coupled to two ferromagnetic leads, and discuss the spin-dependent currents and their correlated functions for parallel and antiparallel configuration of magnetizations.
