浙江产石胡荽的挥发性成分研究

STUDY ON THE VOLATILE CONSTITUENTS OF CENTIPEDA MINIMA FROM ZHEJIANG

  • 摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术 (GC-MS) 对浙江产石胡荽的挥发性成分进行研究,鉴定出41种成分,并测定了其相对含量. 结果表明其主要成分为反式-乙酸菊花烯酯 (42.18%)、4,4-三甲基-二环3.2.0-6-庚烯-2-醇 (6.85%)、石竹烯氧化物 (4.42%)、2-(2-甲基呋喃基)-5-甲基-呋喃 (3.76%)、棕榈酸 (3.55%)、2-甲基-5-(1-甲基乙基)-苯酚 (3.53%)、2-甲基丙醇酸-3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯酯 (2.97%)、3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇 (2.93%)、麝香草酚 (2.88%) 及-葎草烯 (2.29%). 该研究为不同产地石胡荽的化学成分探索及其药用价值提供了新的依据.

     

    Abstract: The volatile constituents of Centipeda minima were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Forty-one components were identified, and their relative contents were determined. The major compounds were trans-chrysanthenyl acetate (42.18%), 4,4-trimethyl -bicyclo 3.2.0 hept-6-en-2-ol (6.85%), caryophyllene oxide (4.42%), 2-(2-furanylmethyl)-5 -methyl-furan (3.76%), hexadecanoic acid (3.55%), 2-methyl-5-(1-methylethyl)-phenol (3.53%), propanoic acid 2,3,7-trimethyl -2,6-octadienyl ester (2.97%), 3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadien-1-ol (2.93%), thymol (2.88%) and -humulene (2.29%). This study provides a new evidence for exploring the volatile constituents and medicinal value of Centipeda minima from different sources.
