Design and Implementation of an Electronic Shopping Receipt Service System Based on the Internet of Things Architecture

  • 摘要: 为了解决传统纸质小票浪费资源、危害健康和易褪色的缺点,基于物联网架构,建立了一个电子小票服务系统的感知层、网络层和应用层,实现了购物小票的电子化:(1)在感知层,开发了一款小票智能硬件及其驱动程序. 小票智能硬件采用STM32作为主控芯片. 在通用打印机驱动程序的框架下添加相关的文本说明文件、用户界面插件和渲染插件从而开发出小票硬件驱动程序. 收银机安装好驱动程序后,小票智能硬件便可以采集小票信息并传输到网络层. (2)网络层提供小票数据传输、处理、存储、设备管理、商家管理、会员管理等基础服务. (3)应用层的小票服务通过微信公众平台为顾客提供小票实时推送、历史小票查询和会员积分查询等服务;应用层的数据服务可以向线下商家提供可视化经营数据管理、用户精准推荐、区域畅销品排名等服务. 该电子小票服务系统符合构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会的目标,能够实现电子小票的智能化应用,促进线下零售业转型升级.

     

    Abstract: The traditional paper shopping receipt has the disadvantages of wasting resources, endangering health and fading easily. In order to solve this problem, based on the Internet of things architecture, an electronic shopping receipt service system which includes the perception layer, network layer and application layer has been established. The system achieves the electronic shopping receipt. First, in the perception layer, a shopping receipt intelligent hardware and its driver have been developed. The shopping receipt intelligent hardware uses STM32 as the main control chip. A shopping receipt hardware driver has been developed through adding the relevant text description files, user interface plug-ins and rendering plug-ins into the framework of the general printer driver. After the installation of the driver of the cash register, the shopping receipt intelligent hardware will be able to collect shopping receipt information and transmit it to the network layer. Second, the network layer provides data transmission, processing, storage, equipment management, business management, membership management and other services. Third, We Chat applications on the application layer provide customers with shopping receipt real-time push, the history of shopping receipt inquiries and integral query services. Offline retail business applications on the application layer can provide visual data management, accurate recommendation of users, regional best-selling products and other services. The designed electronic shopping receipt service system meets the goal of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and can realize the intelligent application of electronic shopping receipt and promote the transformation and updating of off-line retail industry.
