  • 摘要: DNA分子的片段化技术对于下一代基因测序技术和疾病检测技术意义重大,本文回顾了现有的DNA片段化方法,着重介绍了基于微流控芯片技术的流体动力学剪切法DNA片段化技术,总结了影响微流控芯片中DNA片段化过程的因素,并且展望未来微流控技术在DNA片段化和生物芯片领域的应用

     

    Abstract: DNA fragmentation is one of the key technologies for gene library and disease detection. In this article, we review normal DNA fragmentation technologies, focusing on microfluidic based DNA fragmentation technology. Effective parameters have been discussed according to the resulted DNA fragments. In the end, the importance and perspective of microfluidic DNA fragmentation is summarized
