管理体制在高新区服务体系、工作绩效间的调节效应研究——基于珠海高新区的实证分析

  • 摘要: 以公共管理理论和区域经济理论等为基础,对高新区管理体制、服务体系与工作绩效间的关系进行研究,通过对珠海高新区的实地调查,运用验证性因子分析、回归分析和结构方程模型分析,研究发现:高新区管理体制、服务体系与工作绩效均正相关;并且管理体制在服务体系与工作绩效的关系中具有显著的调节作用,即管理体制的完善增强了服务体系对工作绩效的正相关作用.

     

    Abstract: Hi-tech Parks development lies in the management systems. The research attempts to take the public management theory and the regional economic theory as theoretical foundation and explore the relationship among the management systems, the service systems and the performance of the Hi-tech Parks. The study through by the field investigation of Hi-tech Parks of Zhuhai, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Regression Analysis and Structural Equation Model analysis. This result found that high-tech zone management systems, service systems and work performance were positive correlation, and management systems has moderation effect on the service systems and work performance, namely that the management systems to enhance the service systems positive correlation effect on work performance.
