Abstract: For researching the character of the half-discrete and homogeneous reverse Hilbert-type inequalities, the way of weight functions to construct a half-discrete and reverse Hilbert-type inequality with an especial constant factor by introducing the parameter in a homogeneous kernel is applied in this paper. Its equivalent forms and some particular cases are also discussed.
