印染废水的回用技术研究

  • 摘要: 以印染废水处理水为处理对象,采用电解法,以铝为电极材料,通过大量试验确定了电解的最佳工艺条件:I=400 mA,t=16.5 min,pH=6;处理后CODCr去除率为37.8%,铁去除率为97.8%.并提出了可行的深度处理工艺,出水水质已完全达到印染行业工艺上用水的水质要求,并具有环境效益和经济效益.

     

    Abstract: The technical conditions of treating treated water of dyeing wastewater by electrolysis method with Aluminum electrode were studied, and the optimal technical conditions of electrolysis :I=400mA,t=16.5min, pH=6 were obtained based on lots of experiments. After the treatment, the rates of CODcr and Fe removal were 37.8% and 97.8% respectively. A useful treating process was brought out and its effluent was completely meeting with the standard for process water of dyeing and printworks. Environmental and economic benefits were obtained by applying the process.
