纳米ATO隔热薄膜的制备及性能研究

STUDY ON THE PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF HEAT-INSULATION ATO FILMS

  • 摘要: 以有机硅丙乳液为成膜物,掺锑二氧化锡水性浆料为颜填料得到掺锑二氧化锡隔热涂料,使用线棒涂布器在载玻片和230mm*230mm的普通玻璃上涂膜,分别制得了掺锑二氧化锡含量为1%,2%,3%,5%的薄膜。薄膜透明均一稳定。利用用紫外可见光谱仪和自制隔热箱分别研究了掺锑二氧化锡含量对薄膜的光学性能和隔热性能的影响。结果表明随着掺锑二氧化锡含量的增加紫外区与可见区透过率均降低,其隔热性能呈上升趋势。掺锑二氧化锡含量为5%时,可见光透过率高达80%,隔热温差达10℃。

     

    Abstract: Heat-insulation ATO films was prepared by silicone emulsion and ATO water slurry ,which worked as binders and fillers separately. The effects of ATO concentration on the transparence and heat-insulation property were investigated. With the ATO concentration improving, transmittance in both ultraviolet and visible region was reduced, while the heat-insulation property was developed. When the concentration of ATO maintained at 5%,the transmittance in visible region was 80% and the anti-heat temperature could reach 10℃.
