高效液相色谱法检测人尿中维生素B2的含量

Deterimination of Vitamin B2 in human urine by high performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 摘要:研究了维生素B2经人体代谢后排放到尿样中的情况.服V B2片剂50mg,收集服药后1、2、4、6、8h后的尿样.服药尿样经固相萃取后,采用高效液相色谱法检测服用后尿样中维生素B2的含量.以乙腈/醋酸胺缓冲液(0.01mol/L)为流动相,检测波长267nm.该法具有样品预处理简单、灵敏度高、分析时间短等优点,成功应用于人体尿样中维生素B2的直接测定,加标回收率在91.2%~96.7%之间。

     

    Abstract: Abstract :The excretion of Vitamin B2 in human urine after oral administration of 50mg Vitamin B2 is studied. Urine samples in 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 hours were collected and extracted by solid-phase extraction. A HPLC method was established for determination of Vitamin B2 in human urine with mobil phase of acetonitrile/ ammonium buffer (0.01mol/L). The compounds was detected directly by ultraviolet detector at 267nm. This method is simply rapid, sensitive and cheap for directly determining Vitamin B2 in human urine with the recovery of 91.2%~96.7%.
