黑米皮花色苷的大孔树脂吸附纯化研究

Research on Adsorption Character of Black Rice Anthocyains with Macroporous Resin

  • 摘要: 摘要:比较了5种大孔吸附树脂对黑米皮花色苷( Black Rice Anthocyanins, BRA)的吸附纯化效果,研究了AB-8型大孔树脂对BRA的吸附与解吸特性.结果表明:AB-8大孔树脂对BRA具有较好的吸附和解吸能力,是吸附纯化BRA的最佳树脂类型,其分离纯化BRA的最佳工艺参数为:上柱液pH 值=2,样品质量浓度1.0mg/mL,吸附流速1.0mL/min,以体积分数为70%乙醇为解吸剂,洗脱速度为1.0mL/min. 树脂的重复利用率好,使用5次后吸附率无显著性差异(P0.05),使用7次后,吸附率仅降低2.58%. BRA经AB-8大孔树脂纯化后,花色苷含量提高2.38倍,总抗氧化能力提高3.99倍.

     

    Abstract: Abstract: The absorption and purification effects of 5 kinds of resins on Black Rice Anthocyanins (BRA) were compared, and the properties of adsorption and desorption for AB-8 on BRA were further investigated. The result shows that AB-8 is the best resin for BRA due to its better adsorption and desorption capability. The optimal technical parameters of AB-8 are as follows: the pH of solution is 2.0; the anthocyanins concentration of the sample solution is 1.0mg /mL,the adsorption flow rate is 1mL /min; the desorption flow rate is 1.0mL/min with 70% ethanol as the desorptioner. The resin has a good reutilization. The desorption capability has no significant changes after using 5 times (P0.05),and with only 2.58% reduction after using 7 times. After purified with AB-8,the content of BRA increases 2.38 times and total antioxidant capability enhances 3.99 times.
