Abstract:
To investigate the mechanism of resveratrol protecting myocardial ischemia, the rat myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) model was prepared with ligation and reperfusion of the anterior descending coronary artery. The serum enzyme indexes were analyzed with the kits, myocardial infarction rates were measured with NBT staining, and the western blotting method was used to investigate the relative protein expression levels of GDF-15, PI3K, Akt, p-Akt, Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-9 and caspase-3. The results showed that the myocardial protective effect of resveratrol on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion rats was related to the upregulation of GDF-15 to activate PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and inhibit cardiomyocyte mitochondrial apoptosis.
