基于“一生一优课”的教育硕士课程实践教学模式探索

A Study of the Practical Teaching Based on One Excellent Lesson per Student on the Master of Education Curriculum

  • 摘要: 针对教育硕士培养过程中课程实践教学薄弱的现象,提出“一生一优课”的教学模式,明确课程实践教学的具体任务和教育硕士研究生的学习目标,开设教育硕士论坛并将其搭建成为校内与校外导师的交流平台、研究生课程理论学习与实践反思的融合平台和“一生一优课”的展示平台. 对华南师范大学学科教学(数学)教育硕士研究生开展的教学实践表明:“一生一优课”的开展促进了教育硕士研究生课程中理论与实践的融合,促进了大学与中学的深入沟通与交流,促进了教育硕士研究生的高效实践教学,取得了良好的教学成效.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at overcoming the weakness of practical teaching in training the master students of education, the idea "One Excellent Lesson per Student" is proposed, in which the specific tasks of practical teaching and the learning objectives of masters of education are clarified. The forum of master of education is established to be a platform of communication between master supervisors on campus and master supervisors in middle schools, a platform of fusion between theoretical study and practical reflection, and a platform of displaying "One Excellent Lesson per Student". The development of "One Excellent Lesson per Student" has promoted the integration of theory and practice in the Master of Education curriculum, the in-depth communication and exchanges between universities and middle schools and the efficient practical teaching of education masters.
