土壤理化性质对珠江口红树林湿地土壤氮磷质量分数的影响

Effects of Soil Physical and Chemical Properties on Soil Nitrogen and Phosphorus Fractions in Mangrove Wetland of the Pearl River Estuary

  • 摘要: 以珠江口典型人工次生红树林湿地为研究对象,在广州南沙红树林湿地公园、珠海淇澳担杆岛省级自然保护区两样地采集16处30 cm深度的土壤样品共48个(每10 cm分层),测定全氮(TN)、有效氮(AN)、全磷(TP)、有效磷(AP)、pH、土壤粒度、有机质(OM)、有机碳(OC)、Eh、含水量等指标. 结果表明:研究区域的全氮质量分数为0.39-0.94 gkg-1;有效氮为60.36-98.12 mgkg-1;全磷为0.39-0.94 gkg-1;有效磷为4.02-62.14 mgkg-1; N/P为1.59-3.27;有效N/P为1.24-18.07.各项指标处于中等水平。全氮与有机碳和全磷正相关(R2=0.826);有机氮与砂粒比例正相关(R2=0.225);全磷与全氮、含水量、有效磷正相关,与砂粒比例负相关(R2=0.838);有效磷与全磷、砂粒、全氮正相关,与有机质负相关(R2=0.754);N/P与有机碳正相关、;与含水量负相关(R2=0.414);有效N/P与粘粒、有机碳负相关(R2=0.285).该区土壤表现为氮限制型,不利于现阶段的红树林生长恢复,可通过适当的氮添加改善土壤整体质量.
    Abstract: The typical artificial secondary mangrove wetland in the estuary of Pearl River has been chosen as the research object. A total of 48 soil samples have been collected at the soil profiles of 30 cm (10 cm for every layer) of the 16 places in Guangzhou Nansha Mangrove Wetland Park and Zhuhai Qiao Island Mangrove Nature Reserve. The indexes, such as TN, AN, TP, AP, pH, Granularity, OM, OC and Water content, have been tested. The results shows that the mass fraction of TN in the area ranges from 0.39 to 0.94 gkg-1 and the average value is 0.67 gkg-1. Moreover, AN ranges from 60.36 to 98.12 mgkg-1 and the average value is 75.63 mgkg-1. TP ranges from 0.39 to 0.94 gkg-1 and the average value is 0.67 gkg-1. AP ranges from 4.02 to 62.14 mgkg-1 and the average value is 20.04 mgkg-1. N/P ranges from 1.59 to 3.27 and the average value is 2.13. AN/AP ranges from 1.24 to 18.07 and the average value is 6.26. Those indexes stand at the medium level. Total nitrogen was positively correlated with organic carbon and total phosphorus (R2=0.826); organic nitrogen was positively correlated with sand ratio (R2=0.225); total phosphorus was positively correlated with total nitrogen, water content and available phosphorus, and negatively correlated with sand ratio (R2=0.838); available phosphorus is positively correlated with total phosphorus, sand, and total nitrogen, negatively correlated with organic matter (R2=0.754); N/P is positively correlated with organic carbon; negatively correlated with water content (R2=0.414); effective N /P is negatively correlated with cosmid and organic carbon (R2=0.285). The soil in this area is nitrogen-restricted, which is unfavorable for the recovery of mangrove growth at this stage. The overall quality of the soil can be improved by proper nitrogen addition.
