基于专利计量的广东与“一带一路”沿线区域技术创新协同研究

Research on Technological Innovation Synergism of Guangdong and “One Belt and One Road Initiatives”Provinces by Patent Measurement

  • 摘要: 根据专利计量信息,对广东与一带一路沿线省份技术创新协同进行了研究,并提出了政策启示.研究发现:从2000年开始,协同申请专利数量呈增长趋势.在各协同省份中,上海占据绝对优势,其次是重庆和浙江.C(化学;冶金)学部为绝对优势技术领域,2007年以来,技术创新能力没有得到持续发展,技术更新缓慢,新技术特征减弱.企业是参与技术创新协作的主要力量,起着主导作用,高校是技术创新协同的积极参与者.技术创新协同模式主要有亲缘型、业缘型、综合型、学缘型和地缘型.广东要结合协同主体和主要协同模式,积极鼓励一带一路沿线企业在不同省份开设子公司或下属机构,鼓励高校和科研院所,积极建立地方研究院,参与产学研合作.

     

    Abstract: According to the patent measurement , this paper evaluates the technological innovation synergism of Guangdong and One Belt and One Road Initiatives provinces, and puts forward some policy inspirations. Research findings: since 2000, the number of collaborative patent applications has been on the increase; of all the provinces, Shanghai has an absolute advantage, followed by Chongqing and Zhejiang; C (Chemistry, metallurgy) is the absolute advantage in the field of technology, and since 2007, the technological innovation capability has not been sustained, the technology update has been slow, and the characteristics of new technologies have declined; enterprise is the main force to participate in technological innovation cooperation, and plays a leading role, universities are active participants; the mainly kinship of technological innovation synergism are Margin Type, Comprehensive Type, Learning Edge Type and Geo Type. We shall encourage the enterprises in different provinces along The Belt and Roadto set up subsidiaries, combining collaborative agents and main coordination models; encourage the universities and research institutes to set up local research institutes actively and participate in the cooperation of production.
