硫酸盐还原菌处理酸性矿山废水的研究进展

Research Process on the Treatment of Acid Mine Drainage by Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria

  • 摘要: 酸性矿山废水(AMD)带来的重金属污染带来严重环境问题. 要解决此问题,利用硫酸盐还原菌( SRB)对酸性矿山废水进行生物处理是一种具有广阔应用前景同时又存在局限性的技术. 文章综述了SRB应用于酸性矿山废水处理时对各种重金属离子的去除机理、效果与优缺点,同时对SRB法处理AMD的工艺形式和碳源选择等进行了讨论和展望.

     

    Abstract: Metal pollution in acid mine drainage is one of the most serious environmental problem. Sulfidogenic process driven by sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) is an attractive biotechnology for acid mine drainage (AMD) treatment. This study reviews the mechanisms,performance and limitations of various heavy metal ions removal by SRB. The reactor configuration and carbon source of sulfidogenic process were also discussed.
