Abstract:
To decrease the noise and to enhance the weak scattering signal, phase-differential optical coherence tomography (PD-OCT) for obtaining high signal to noise ratio (SNR) optical coherence tomography (OCT) is presented. A nano displacement platform in reference arm is designed to achieve the different phase of reference light. Combining with spectral domain optical coherence tomography technology, the phase-differential optical coherence tomography is obtained. Through experiments, vivo biological sample Oryzias minutillus is measured on this system. The results show that PD-OCT can decrease noise and improve weak scattering signal in SDOCT. The weak scattering signal enhancement is 337 dB. The SNR enhancement is 58 dB.
