Abstract:
Statistical data of public house and survey of current situation is synthesized, thus a data set of the location of public house is built. The spatial distribution and characteristics of public house are analyzed with ArcGIS, to explore four micro regulation models of public houses, they are: regulation mode of dominant public house's state-owned land government reserves, interactive, regulation mode of public-private affiliation, regulation mode of historical architecture protection and regulation mode of industry transformation and upgrading. Many fine management suggestions are proposed from framing three-dimensional management data of public houses, potential prediction, type classification, governance model guidelines, benefit assessment and monitoring mechanism, which will provide reference for rational transformation and fine management of public houses to reach a win-win situation and achieve social benefits.
