Abstract:
In order to evaluate the tourism value of the TV tower accurately, online retrieval method, field research method, expert consultation method, Delphi method, AHP, the fuzzy mathematics method of five-point scale score are used to build the evaluation system of TV tower's tourism value. Then the Canton Tower and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower cases are used for the empirical analysis. The analysis results show that: beauty of form, harmony, functional aesthetic, the popularity and reputation, ecological environment have the most important weight value. From the perspective of the total score of evaluation, the score of Canton Tower is slightly higher than that of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Canton Tower's scores are slightly lower than those of the Oriental pearl tower on indicators, such as the popularity and reputation, history and culture loading, geographic location, relationship with surrounding scenic spots, the internal and external traffic conditions, the economic development, the market of tourist source, sense of pride, tourism facilities, public-infrastructure. However, the rest other indicators have higher scores than that of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. In addition, the region influence scope of the Oriental pearl tower is larger than that of the Canton Tower. The result obtained by using this evaluation system is nearly as the same as the actual situation. It makes up for the insufficiency that simply using of the Classification, Survey and Evaluation of Tourism Resources (GB/T18972-2003) to evaluate the TV towers tourism value has brought. At the same time, it has validated the scientific value of this evaluation system.
