Abstract:
A serials of dihydro-furoquinoline derivatives or dihydro-pyranquinoline derivatives have been synthesized, catalyzed by palladium chloride/benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride (BTEAC) in the multicomponent reaction of aromatic aldehydes, aromatic amines and 2,3-dihydrofuran or 3,4-dihydropyran in acetonitrile. All the generated products have been identified and characterized by means of melting point, IR,1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and X-ray diffraction analyses. Among them, 12 compounds havent been reported formerly. The reaction temperature, catalyst and catalyst contents have been studied. A possible mechanism for the present catalytic reaction was proposed.
